Bakes and cooks well. As a baker, I love the double oven. Some negatives that are perhaps things I will get used to in time, are the oven racks and the ability remove food easily. I'm certain something is going to end up on the floor. The rack surface is quite slick, great for cleaning but bakeware and pans slip around when you pull the racks out to remove them. I also feel that he touch controls to be quite touchy when wiping the control panel. Wish there was a way to disengage the panel for cleaning.

We love the ovens and air fryer. However, the stovetop appears to have scratches- appearing underneath surface. We called but were denied any assistance even with the warranty. Unfortunately we had our appliances about 2 weeks before installing so we apparently missed a 3 day window for defects.

Love the cooking options and the WIFI connectivity

So far we love the cooking options new Profile range. We are having a problem with the oven racks. They are tight and scrap the oven sides. The manual recommends using mineral oil, but why design them so tight, when they are hot and the metal has expanded don't even try. One rack for the top even with side handle is even tighter

I love the rapid boil on cook top and the bridge heating element is amazing! It's my first time having it and i love it! The double ovens are amazing. I am having a little trouble with the rack in the upper over. It's a little hard to remove but other than that- this is an amazing oven. The best part is syncing it with your phone so it tells you when preheat and timer is done! Beautiful in appearance!

Initial Review - I've only had it 2 weeks

As I've stated, we've only had the product 2 weeks but really appreciated the slim look, the intelligence built in, and the double oven (the reason that we purchased it in the first place). There are multiple occasions where I want to cook two different things at two different temps (last night was 350 for the brownies and 400 for the main course). Other reviewers complain that spatter might change the settings - we have not seen this as an issue. Others state you can accidentally turn something on due to the touch nature of the product - again, we leverage the control lock feature and don't find this an issue. The only reason I didn't give it a five is that the upper oven is a little too narrow (height) - I find issues getting food into and out of it without burning myself. Were I designing it, I would have increased the height of the entire unit so it stands slightly above normal cabinet height and added 2" to the upper over. Other than that, it cooks well and is a great improvement over our other GE profile range.

This oven is ok. Cooks well and even. Smooth top on top doesn't allow mess to overflow onto the counter. Issues. The touch dials don't always work, the air fryer only works if connected to wifi, which we have tried and tried to do many times and always get an error, still isn't connected to use the air fryer. Disappointed in this for the price.

We previously had a glass cooktop before and this is a nice upgrade. The two oven feature is great as the top oven heats up very fast. I like the wif feature that lets me know when the timer is off or the oven is pre-heated. The only negative think about this is that when wiping off the stove, it's pretty easy to turn on a burner as they are all touch screen type versus a nob.

Good things are the temp probe works great and is accurate to within 5 degrees. 2 ovens make cooking different items convenient. Touch panel on range is easy to navigate and set. Adjustable oven temp settings to correct over/under heating. Negatives are: Bottom oven is too close to the floor - bad if you have issues reaching low for things. Touch panel on range will stop working sometimes - either cut power and restart or lock and then unlock controls. Locking controls will shut off oven as well. Better to have one for the range and one for the oven. Air fry does not heat quickly - it is quicker to air fry in a portable device.

A bit disappointed

I cook a lot, so I'm disappointed to see how this range shows every single speck of everything. One would think we could come up with a stove that cleans easier & doesn't show every speck of splatter. No chemicals on a glass-top stove? Glass cleaner is out the window! Also, the rack for the top oven doesn't slide good. In fact, it's rubbing and area inside where it fits too tightly. For such expensive appliances, this stove is a bit of a let down. I do live the air-fryer/convection, but why did I need to sync the stove to my WiFi to use those features? Doesn't make sense!

The range is beautiful. It fits very nicely into the slide in spot. The controls work very well and are easy to understand. Had a little trouble getting the WIFI hooked up to use the air fry but it finally worked. Thankfully we will not be using the remote feature. Not really needed for us. I really like the Control Lock feature - makes it easier to clean without turning on the burners or oven. We always keep it locked when not in use. Too easy to turn on accidently where the controls are positioned.

The item that we have an issue with is the touch controls. They are easily turned on by mistake. There is a way to lock them but when cooking they can mistakenly be changed. A family member's stomach keeps changing the controls when they are cooking. Not good for family tranquility.

It is completely digital, so it took us a little bit to get used to it, but we love it! You have to connect it to WiFi to use the Air Fryer part, but it was easy to do and the food came out wonderful!

LOVE my Profile Range!!

This bad boy does it all! I retired the air fryer and toaster oven in favor of this range that handles all of those needs. I can even slow cook on the cooktop and control the temps by mobile access.

Waste of Money!

I am sad I am going to have to live with this oven for years to come. The stovetop is pretty good, but the ovens are horrible! My biggest gripe is that it won't cook a frozen pizza. I have owned the oven for about a year and have tried cooking frozen pizzas several times. I have tried the top oven, bottom oven, different rack options, different temperatures, pizza stone, cookie sheet, straight on the rack, different types of frozen pizza. Nothing works! Every time the top burns and the crust is not fully cooked. Anything in the top oven can't really be cooked much more than 45 mins (a pie for example) without burning because the heating element is too close to the rack. The air fryer is a joke with no preheat. I have now figured out that to get food to air fry in the amount of time indicated on package directions I need to preheat in bake mode and then change it to air fry after it is preheated.

Struggle for start up

So So So 3/3/2022

The top oven slide out scrapes and coating scratched off. Can't use air fry without Wi-Fi. Can't connect to Wi-Fi says try later. CAlled service said you need 2 phones for them to help. Struggle. Top glass easy to scratch even with flat aluminum bottom on pans. 1st use can't clean with cleaner sent. Scratches still there.
