Would rate 0 stars if i could... Overall horrible A/C (AHFK18AA)... stopped blowing cold air in less than a season... since in NY heat only lasts about 3-4 months and they don't even make replacement parts for it... RIDICULOUS! On top of that, the replacement A/C I received (this one) came damaged and bent which made my elderly mother suffer alone in this heat for about a month now and counting! GE is such a top brand, just extremely sad and disappointed with my overall experience and how they choose to handle things. At least offer refunds so I could be on my way... last GE product I will ever own.

Power panel goes out

Air conditioner works good only issue is I have had three of this exact same unit in the last 2 years everyone of them the panel that turns the unit on and off goes out.. The lights come on it's blinks but does not come on certified electrician has checked voltage all voltage is good. What causes This issue? It definitely has me not wanting to purchase anymore ge items
