This unit does an excellent job of cooling the room. It seems to be more efficient than the LG model it replaces. Definitely recommend this one. Will probably buy a couple more when the other a/c's we have need replaced.

Perfect for my apartment. Ac does not have Wi-Fi, Remote control looks and feels very cheap. Unit came damage on the top right, but is not affecting air. If you want to see settings on unit you must press the remote, display is always off. Hopefully ac last me five years or more. My last Ac made by Friedrich only lasted 2 seasons.

Air conditioning 309 sq. Ft wood shop. With 105 degree outside temp less than 30 percent humidity will only bring indoor temperature to 80. So far don't have enough experience with normal operating conditions. This type of AC removes heat by removing moisture from the air. The humidity in my shop has never been over 25 percent when starting the unit. It quickly drops below 20 when I turn the unit on 10-15 minutes. So really harsh conditions makes my shop feel great and I can work in it very comfortably.I have left it on overnight once it did bring it down to 70 and was cycling normally.I was an authorized appliance repair company in the 1990s . Been working in some type of refrigeration since then . So far the unit meets my expectation with the environment it in operating in. There are lots of consideration to consider when picking out a unit and what to expect from it.Lastly but not least. NEVER DRILL A HOLE FOR THE WATER TO DRAIN OUT THE BACK!!! ALL ROOM AIR CONDITIONERS ARE DESIGNED TO USE THE CONDENSED WATER TO COOL THE CONDENSER COILS OUTSIDE. THEY PUT A RING AROUND THE FAN TO PICK UP THE WATER AND BLOW IT ON THE COILS.

Replaced a 17 year old fridgidaire window air conditioner with this 12000 btu unit, and could not be happier! Ice cold 60 degrees thermostat, cools quickly and is not very loud at all. Love the eco feature mode. ADP has a customer for life as the unit dropped in price 2 weeks after I bought it and they refunded me the difference!

Love this window unit ac. Was so easy to setup and install. It literally was just a few steps on a really hot day that went by quickly and easily The next thing I knew the kitchen was nice and cool.

I love this efficient air conditioner. I ordered it online, it arrived promptly 2 days later without shipping charges(!) and I installed it in less than an hour. It works like a trouper to cool my kitchen so I no longer need to dread fixing dinner or baking a cake. Frigidaire Forever!

Unit had bent fins in back upon arrival. At first it cooled nicely but after about 4 days it's not blowing as cold. When running it for about an hour it blows out warm air and we have to shut it off for a while. The ECO setting automatically kicks in after a while and I think that's why the warm air blows out. Pros are it's small and easy to fit in window. Has adjusting vents in front and has a remote.

Absolutely love it! we put this unit in our sunroom replacing the unit that was there for about 15 years. This AC keeps the room so cool and we can open up the door into the sitting room and let the air flow. The unit has 3 different fan speeds and it has a energy saver mode with great air flow.

My favorite feature is the sleep mode. I can set it to run for a certain period of time. It was an easy install and I can barely hear that the unit is on. This unit does exactly what it states in the description.

I wanted to get an air conditioner for my Living Room, which is connected to the dining room and the foyer (and a kitchen off these rooms). I settled on a 12,000 BTU size, even though it said it covered 550 square feet. This one cools the Living Room well, and the other rooms get cooler also. Very simple install, fairly quiet. And a very good price (from the local appliance store)

Definitely recommend for large space. This unit keeps put living room cool and even the nearby rooms if doors left open. It doesn't take long for us to feel that exceptional cool air. It's also quiet which makes it a pleasure to have. Installation was also easy.

This window unit has been installed in our family room which is approximately 15 x 18. This unit is a welcome addition to our home. We immediately felt the cool air and I am very happy to have it. The controls are easy to use and the remote works great. There is a choice of recycled air, partial recycled air, and full fresh air. There are different fan speeds or auto adjust and there is a sleep timer. So far very good. Even our dog is happy with it.
