I chose this AC unit by Frigidaire mostly because of the name. Frigidaire has been around for so long and as expected the quality is superb. It runs quietly and efficiently. Just as expected!

This unit is surprisingly quiet! My past experience with Frigidaire built-in Acs is that each new model gets noisier. This one is surprisingly quiet! I'm very happy with it.

Wonderful unit. For me the best thing is that the grill comes all the way off for cleaning the filter. The grill gets so dirty, so with this one it can come off and go to the sink for easy cleaning.

I purchased a home that was newly remodeled and came with two of these units. One of them is working fine (in the living room, larger space) but the other unit that is in a smaller space (my bedroom) is not working at all. They are not more than 1.5 years old and I cannot find anyone to help me service them to save my life. Everyone just says "better off buying a new one". I had this same problem last summer as well. I called the Frigidaire to inquire about a warranty and they said it's too old. Really upset with unit and the level of customer service provided.

I was so sceptical to give up my evaporative window cooler,, it was powerful and cooled almost the whole house. When this was installed, the installer set the temperature, and said goodbye. Well, to my surprise, my whole small house became cool, and comfortable WITHOUT THE NOISE AND HUMIDITY!! I™™m so thrilled.

This Frigidaire Air Conditioner fit perfectly in my wall sleeve. It cools very quickly and is quiet. The remote control is very handy for temperature and fan speed adjustments. It is attractively designed with an inside frame that gives it a built-in look I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied with my purchased of two firgidaire wasll air conditioner. We had window units prior and that was such a hassle to try to insulate becuase it was absolutly the wrong size Now they fit perfectly and maintain a good temperature. It was a great purchase

So far it's been great having an air conditioner that is made for the wall. I use to have window air conditioners that I had to weather proof with foam and tape. Not the prettiest but at least the tape matched the color of the walls.Now, no tape need. Nice and snug!It works so good that I end up turning it off because I get too cold. Not a bad problem to have.

Package was packed really well, and came on time. My son in law put it in for me. About an hour and a half. No problems at all. Love the ionizer selection. It is quiet and and cools quickly!

The AC works well. It is quiet and cools the room quickly, but the labeling on the unit is too small. Mine is placed high in a wall & it is impossible to see what setting it is on. The lights & text are too small to see at a distance.

Just purchased this Frigidaire unit....actually switched from a brand new GE. The GE was not functioning properly and was making noise...GE does not do repairs even though it was under warranty. They replaced the unit once but the 2nd one was still making noise when the compressor kicked in. I opted to switch to this Frigidaire model. So far so good but I do wish it was a little quieter. It's in our bedroom.

I really love the new air conditioner and am glad we installed it before all the 90 degree days rolled around. It was easy to install and shot out cold air right away. I would buy another one for the bedroom as soon as the old one dies.

Bought a Keystone, got it home and it was loud and clanking when it would convert to the cool setting. Returned it and bought the 10k BTU Frigidaire and it is super quiet at night we like it very cold 65F and it is ice cold in our bedroom. During the day we keep it on eco setting 72 (we live in Florida) and it works beautifully. The remote control on all these wall units is awful. No backlighting and the print is extremely small. Clearly, there is no investment in remote controls (terrible for the elderly). I assume their app is the solution. Good value.
